Such a great location, close to everything - especially Park Road shopping, our favorite local Charlotte shops.
Jason was a great communicator and quickly responsive. Super friendly.
Also great is the amount of seating in both the living room and the kitchen dining area. Would definitely stay here again!

Jason’s home made for a perfect set-up for a family with a dog for an extended stay. It was clean, well-stocked and comfortable, with a private setting in a great neighborhood just steps away from restaurants, stores, etc.
Jason was extremely communicative and we always had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when in Charlotte.

Jason was very attentive and is a great host. The house is located in a beautiful area of Charlotte and is within walking distance of groceries, coffee shops (Amelie’s French bakery was fantastic), and restaurants. The yard was convenient for our furry family members.

We booked this home last minute while traveling for our daughter's soccer tournament. Jason was a great communicator and responded quickly to our request. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out.
We loved the neighborhood. Safe and quiet location. It was a quick stay for us, but worked out perfectly for our brief time in town.

"We chose this place for the location, and it did not disappoint. Everything we needed was nearby, and the amenities in the home made it easy to settle in straight away. The space was well-equipped and perfect for our trip. Highly recommend.

Jason was a great host. Quick to answer and easy to communicate with.
We were at the rental for 10 days while visiting family. It’s in a convenient location that makes it easy to get to local shopping and dining. We especially liked going out the door and being able to walk the safe neighborhood.
We spent time in the city and other neighborhoods as well. Easy to get to and from the rental property. We would definitely recommend a stay.
